01What should I include in my enquiry?

Share your product type, artwork or idea, estimated quantity per design, intended use and target timing. Include the preferred size, colours, finish and attachments if known. Tell us whether you need components or an assembled product so the scope can be discussed clearly.

02Can you work from our artwork or develop a design?

Yes. We support OEM production from your artwork, original ODM design development and adaptation of an existing design direction. Share the material you have and the intended use so we can discuss the appropriate starting point.

03How do we choose soft or hard enamel?

We support both processes. Soft enamel has recessed colour areas between raised metal lines; hard enamel is polished to a flatter surface. The choice is discussed around your artwork, desired appearance and product specification.

04How are quantities and samples discussed?

Include an estimated quantity for each design and any sample requirements in your enquiry. Quantity, sampling options and related costs need to be discussed for the specific product, process and supplied assembly.

05What affects the project schedule?

Artwork readiness, product details, sampling, quantities, assembly and packing all inform the schedule. Share your target timing at the start. Project timing is discussed after the scope and next steps are understood.
